Everything happens in WhatsApp. There is no app to download and no portal to log into.

You message our number and say what you need - an ITR, a GST return, help with a notice. We ask a few questions, you send your documents in the same chat, and verified CAs send you their fee and turnaround. You pick one, and only then do you pay.

Nothing. Asking, uploading documents and receiving quotes are all free, and there is no charge for walking away.

You pay the CA's fee only after you have seen it and chosen that CA. There is no subscription and no upfront deposit.

Every CA on QuickCA is a practising Chartered Accountant whose ICAI membership number we have checked against the ICAI register before they are allowed to see a single lead. Firms are additionally checked on their GST registration.

Their years of experience and languages are shown on the quote, so you know who you are choosing.

ITR filing for salaried, business and freelance income; GST registration and monthly or quarterly returns; TDS returns (24Q, 26Q); tax planning; startup registration (Pvt Ltd, LLP, OPC); and ongoing accounting.

If your situation is not on that list, message us anyway - we will tell you honestly whether we have someone for it.

For a straightforward salaried return: PAN, Aadhaar, Form 16 from your employer, and your bank account details for the refund.

Depending on your situation your CA may also ask for Form 26AS and your AIS (both downloadable from the income-tax portal), investment proofs under 80C/80D, rent receipts, a home loan interest certificate, or capital gains statements from your broker.

You do not need to guess. Send what you have - the CA tells you what is missing.

Attach them to the WhatsApp chat, exactly as you would send a photo to a friend. PDFs, photos and screenshots all work.

A clear phone photo is fine - you do not need a scanner. Make sure the whole page is in frame and the text is readable.

Your CA rejects a document when it cannot be used - usually because it is cut off, blurred, password-protected, or is the wrong year.

The rejection message says which of those it was. Send a replacement in the same chat and it goes straight back to your CA. Nothing else in your case is affected and you do not start over.

Each quote shows the fee, the CA's note about how they will handle your case, their years of experience and the languages they work in.

Cheapest is not always right - a CA who has filed hundreds of returns like yours may quote more and take a day less. Read the notes. If two look equal, ask both a question in the chat before deciding.

Tell us. Quotes are set by the individual CA, not by QuickCA, and occasionally one is priced against the wrong assumption about your case.

Message support with the quote and we will go back to the CA. You are never obliged to accept a quote, and you can wait for others.

You pay after you have chosen a CA, through a payment link we send in the chat. Nothing is charged before that.

If the CA does not deliver what was agreed, contact support before the deadline on your case and we will mediate a refund.

Most straightforward returns are filed within 24 hours of the last document arriving. The CA states their own turnaround on their quote, and that is the one that applies.

The clock starts when your documents are complete, not when you first message - a case waiting on a missing Form 16 is not being filed.

Ask in the chat. Send "status" to the QuickCA number and you get the current stage of your case and what it is waiting on.

We also message you on every change - documents received, filing started, filed, acknowledgement ready - so you should rarely have to ask.

You get the acknowledgement (ITR-V) in the chat. Keep it - it is the proof your return was filed.

You must then e-verify the return within 30 days, or the filing is treated as never having happened. Your CA will send you the link and walk you through it. Any refund is issued by the Income Tax Department directly to the bank account on the return, usually in two to six weeks.

A filed return can be revised. Message support with what is wrong and we will put you back with the CA who filed it.

If the mistake was the CA's, correcting it is free. If it is because information reached them late or wrong, they may quote for the revision.

Your documents are visible only to the CA handling your case, and only while that case is open. They are not shown on the lead board - CAs bidding on your case see the type of work, the income slab and how many documents are in, never your name, number or files.

We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.

Filing on your behalf requires access to the income-tax portal. Rather than have you send a password over chat, we send a one-time secured link. You enter the login there, and it is encrypted before it is stored.

Your CA never sees the password in the chat, every time it is read is recorded, and the link stops working after 24 hours. If you would rather not hand over the login at all, tell your CA - they can guide you through filing it yourself.

Message us from the new number with your name and the old number, and we will move your case across after a quick check.

Do not start a fresh case on the new number - it will not have your documents and you may end up paying twice.

Yes. Email support@aimethods.in from the address on your case, or message us on WhatsApp, and we will delete your documents and personal details.

One exception: where a return has been filed, we keep the minimum record the law requires us to retain. We will tell you exactly what that is.
